We are seeking you as a Senior HR Manager (m/f/d) to play a key role in driving forward and shaping the strategic development of the organisation.
Key responsibilities
* Strategic leadership and continuous development of the HR team
* Design and implementation of modern HR structures and processes
* Advising managers on all administrative HR matters and managing projects in collaboration with headquarters
* Promotion of employee development and talent management
* Responsibility for HR reporting
Qualification & Skills
* Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within an international manufacturing environment
* Initial leadership experience and solid expertise in transformation processes
* Confident handling of MS Office, ideally complemented by SAP knowledge
* Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset with strategic foresight
* Enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration and coordination with international interfaces
* Willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe
* Advanced English and German skills
