Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Customer Journey Expert to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of financial instruments, lending processes, and regulatory reporting.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a Master's or bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, computer science, or a related field. With 3+ years of experience as a Business analyst or similar role in the same domain, you will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to the products in scope.
* Evaluate the implications of platform changes and variations in processes on existing products, services, and operations, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Work closely with Tech to ensure successful solution implementation.
* Prepare functional specifications to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English and French (verbal and written).
* Strong knowledge of finance processes and regulatory reporting.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments with proficiency in tools like Azure, Confluence, or similar platforms.
