The position offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and opportunities to drive brand initiatives and shape the future of dermatology at Incyte, leveraging a dynamic environment to build meaningful impact on patients' lives.ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic brand planning and tactical execution for Vitiligo and support future launch preparations in dermatologyDevelop and implement promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channelsCollaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory to ensure coordinated brand activities and readinessSupport the development of the Country Marketing Plan and ensure alignment with strategic imperativesParticipate in market research initiatives and translate insights into actionable marketing tacticsMonitor competitor activities and support the collection and analysis of market intelligenceDevelop and optimize promotional materials and tools for the field forceCoordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant deliverablesSupport the organization of congress activities, including booth presence and symposiaEnsure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and ethical standardsDemonstrate flexibility, resilience, and a proactive mindset in managing change and ambiguityRequirementsMinimum 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales, ideally with exposure to dermatology or immunologyExperience in brand management, product launches, or lifecycle marketingUniversity degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Business or relatedSolid understanding of dermatology market dynamics and customer needsStrong communication, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple prioritiesProactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownershipComfort with ambiguity and change, and ability to adapt in evolving environmentsMotivation to grow and expand responsibilities over timeAbility and willingness to travel from time to timeStrong team playerExcellent project management, analytical, and communication skillsProficient in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skillsDisclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job.
