Client Administration Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to assume responsibility for client relationships and corporate governance of investment vehicles.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and negotiating corporate agreements, including articles of association and shareholders agreements.
* Preparing and reviewing corporate documentation required for board and shareholders meetings.
* Overseeing the structuring, incorporation, and management of investment vehicles.
* Ensuring compliance with corporate governance obligations applicable to regulated entities.
* Supporting legal responsibilities of fund entities under AIFMD, AML/CFT, SFDR, and other EU regulatory frameworks.
Requirements and Qualifications
University degree in Law or a related field is required. A proven track record in managing client relationships and leading teams within a similar environment is essential.
* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a legal or corporate role.
* Strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law (1915 Law) and fund regulatory frameworks.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
