Your Responsibilities
* Manage complex contracts for large-scale construction and energy generation projects.
* Draft, negotiate, and oversee agreements with national and international partners.
* Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including claims and amendments.
* Lead project-level contract management teams and ensure compliance with KPIs.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes.
Your Profile
* Degree in law, economics, engineering, or similar.
* Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1 level).
* 9-12+ years of experience in contract management for major infrastructure or energy projects.
* Strong knowledge of contract models (BGB, FIDIC, cost-plus-fee) and procurement law basics.
* Strategic thinker with leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
