Dive into a dynamic role that spans the entire value chain of wind farm construction—from logistics and tower production to installation and commissioning
YOUR TASKS
1. Coordinate and implement training programs for internal and external stakeholders
2. Identify training needs and plan annual and quarterly qualification measures
3. Support wind farm construction sites with tailored training solutions
4. Collaborate with departments, clients, and service providers
5. Advise stakeholders on training offerings and manage trainer assignments
6. Maintain and develop the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors)
7. Contribute to the creation and rollout of new training products and processes
YOUR PROFIL
8. Degree in HR, Business Administration, Education or similar, or vocational training with relevant experience
9. Minimum 3 years of experience in training, events, or professional development
10. Knowledge of adult education and instructional methods is a plus
11. Strong organizational and planning skills with a structured work approach
12. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
13. Proficiency in MS365 tools
14. Fluent in English (German and/or Spanish is a plus)
