Your tasks
6. Organizational, personnel and technical management of the technical department
7. Planning, supervision and control of maintenance processes and ensuring plant availability
8. Developing measures for technical improvement and reducing technical downtimes
9. Planning and implementing technical projects and supporting investment measures
10. Creation and maintenance of maintenance and standby plans
11. Organizing and carrying out all legally required inspections
12. Responsibility for the procurement, warehousing and optimization of all spare and wear parts and units
13. Building management and building services as well as contractor management
14. Reporting of key maintenance figures
15. Promotion of junior staff, apprenticeships and further training in the field of technology
Your profile
16. Completed engineering studies or technician / master craftsman training in the (electrical) technical field
17. Professional experience in a comparable position
18. Technical expertise and analytical thinking as well as hands-on mentality
19. Strong cost and quality awareness
20. Sociability and very good communication, conflict and leadership skills
21. Problem-solving skills and assertiveness
22. Good time management with a high level of commitment and flexibility
