WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Manage key accounts, establish and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
2. Identify customer needs, drive internal solutions, and manage design-in activities
3. Set up new accounts, finalize agreements and establish new project pipelines to meet targets
4. Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned accounts, set annual budgets and forecasts, and conduct monthly performance reviews
5. Collect and communicate customer requirements to internal teams, ensure satisfaction and foster win-win partnerships
6. Coordinate sales activities, report KPIs to management, and maintain pricing and offers with a focus on profitability
7. Align with Panasonic business units to explore market opportunities and interact for cross-value creation
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
8. Academic degree in business or comparable qualification
9. At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales driven position
10. Commercial understanding, technical know-how is a plus
11. Extensive knowledge of SAP
12. Strategic thinking, self-motivation and team spirit
13. Solution-orientation, customer focus and accountability
14. Excellent networking, presentation and negotiation skills
15. Fluency in English
16. Willingness to travel frequently
