What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading and mentoring a team of HR professionals
* Overseeing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring payroll accuracy
* Driving process improvements and compliance in a dynamic, evolving environment
* Acting as a strategic partner to the business on all things people-related
Requirements:
* (C2) German and excellent English communication skills
* 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role including payroll, in Germany
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a structured, compliant environment
* Strong knowledge of German labor law and payroll regulations
