Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Assure all warehouse equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner.
* Carry out assignments accurately and in the most efficient and safe manner possible.
* Ability to make decisions within scope of responsibility.
* Ability to communicate with Supervisors in order to increase accuracy
Additional Responsibilities
* Provides training, direction and guidance to Warehouse staff

Professional Experience and Education
* High School diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred.
Specific skills and knowledge
* Minimum of 4-5 years in warehouse or distribution environment.
* Ability to prioritize assignments and complete on time.
* Writing and verbal skills must be able to read, write and speak local language fluently.
* Able to provide direction to workforce and to communicate warehouse rules and procedures.
* Able to work any shift as required by the changing workloads or the specific needs of the company.
* Able to lift up to 50 lb.
* Able to operate a fork truck/pallet jack (electric or manual).
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Basic computer and math skills.
* Experience with RF and bar-coding and various warehouse management systems.
* Work experience with SAP WMS is a must.
