As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student or intern to join our technical team and support our CRM and customer service processes.
As a Working Student or Intern in the Technical Support team, you will play a key role in managing chat and email inquiries, handling CRM cases, and assisting with warranty and out-of-warranty replacement processes. This position will also involve overseeing service payments and collection processes while maintaining direct communication with customers to gather necessary information.
Interact with the technical team to provide support for chat and email inquiries.
Manage service payments and handle collection processes.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields).
Fluent in German and English is a must, additional European language skills are a plus.
Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
