Job Title: Content Manager/Technical Trainer
We seek a highly skilled professional to create and deliver transformative digital training platforms and hands-on training programs for our advanced automation systems.
This role combines creative content development, technical expertise, and global training delivery to empower operators, clients, and internal teams while elevating our brand's international presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Engaging Content: Transform technical documentation, product manuals, and internal knowledge into digital training modules, interactive guides, video tutorials, and reference manuals in professional English. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and service teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and user-friendliness.
* Deliver Global Training: Conduct live, on-site training sessions at world-renowned venues such as opera houses, theatres, and cruise ships. Provide instruction on everything from system basics to advanced programming adapted to venue needs and skill levels.
* Lead Internal Workshops: Conduct immersive 2–3-day on-site workshops for new team members blending theory with hands-on demonstrations.
* Manage the Automation Academy Platform: Oversee the platform's rollout and ongoing development ensuring that training content is current, translated, and aligned with our corporate style.
* Support Operators Worldwide: Act as a first line contact for system operators resolving questions and issues and coordinating with R&D to deliver fixes and updates.
* Promote the Brand: Create engaging social media content, technical articles, and user stories representing our brand at trade fairs, conferences, and training events.
* Innovate with AI Tools: Explore and implement AI-based solutions to enhance content creation, documentation workflows, and training delivery.
* Foster Client Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for training-related client needs building strong professional relationships and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* University degree in journalism, communications, technical writing, or a related field.
* Experience in training content, documentation, or media production ideally in technology, automation, or user education.
* Fluent in English and German spoken and written fluency in French is a strong advantage additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency with video editing document layout and CMS/authoring tools e.g. ST4 WordPress Xwiki.
* Confident presenter with excellent public speaking and facilitation skills.
* Able to break down complex technical concepts into clear accessible explanations for learners of all backgrounds.
* Strong command of digital tools MS Office graphic/media software cloud platforms etc.
* Outgoing detail-oriented proactive with strong interpersonal communication.
