SeaRenergy is a company in the offshore wind industry that has set itself the task of offering comprehensive services and innovative solutions for the construction, operation and maintenance of offshore wind farms. We are currently looking for two experienced Offshore Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to join the East Anglia 3 Offshore Converter Platform project. In this role, you will take ownership of cargo operations, onboard logistics, dangerous goods handling, and waste management—ensuring efficient material flow and HSE compliance throughout the construction and commissioning phases. Management of cargo and deck operations Onboard logistics planning (e.g. container requisition, deck plans, housekeeping) Cargo documentation (e.g. load manifests, packing lists) Preparation of outgoing cargo and garbage (e.g. dangerous goods segregation per IMDG Code, backload manifest) Offloading and verifying incoming cargo Organization and inspection of storage facilities on the platform Inventory and handling of dangerous materials including register and SDS updates Preparation of dangerous goods shipments (classification, packing, labeling per IMDG) Waste disposal coordination and documentation (garbage record book, bin/container orders) Participation in general platform operations when requested Completed vocational training or academic degree in logistics, maritime economics, or in an equivalent field Knowledge of offshore material handling, deck and cargo operations Familiar with IMDG Code, HSE standards, waste handling, and dangerous goods protocols Experience in offshore/maritime logistics (deck ops, warehousing, container handling) Fluent in English; strong communication skills Strong HSE and quality awareness Certification & Timeline: Mandatory Certifications: Full GWO certificate package: First Aid Fire Awareness Manual Handling Sea Survival (including Boat Transfer) Working at Heights Valid Offshore Medical Certificate (UGOK, NOGEPA or equivalent) HUET with CA-EBS Additional Requirements: Valid UK work permit or residency status (preferably candidates already based in the UK) Ability to mobilize via Norwich, UK Willingness to work offshore under rotation Contract duration: Start Date: 1st September 2025 for the first candidate 1st October 2025 for the second candidate (back-to-back rotation setup) Initial Term: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements Location: Initial onshore support (remote/mobile work possible) Offshore deployment planned from November 2025 A diverse and challenging role in a forward-thinking offshore wind company Collaboration with a highly experienced and motivated international team Insight into cutting-edge projects in a fast-evolving energy sector Clear coordination, streamlined onboarding, and professional project support The opportunity to build long-term relationships and future project opportunities with SeaRenergy You can expect a challenging and varied role.
