For our Advertising & Campaigns team, located at our Corporate Center in Düsseldorf, we are currently searching for an Advertising & Campaigns Manager (m/f/d) as a parental leave cover until April 7. The Advertising & Campaigns department is GROHEs central unit responsible for all strategic and operational paid media and campaign activities for the European markets. The teams ambition is the continuous development of innovative, data-based, customer and performance-oriented marketing campaigns. Working in strong collaboration with the companys top executives as well as with connected departments and European markets, the team helps to plan and leverage campaign activations contributing to the companys targets.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
1. You will assume responsibility for strategic planning and execution of advertising and campaign activities for GROHE Europe across media channels in close alignment with relevant internal and external stakeholder
2. You will strengthen the team by concepting consumer journeys for activation campaigns and by creating integrated advertising concepts such as display banners and social ads with further channels like OOH, Print and ATV/CTV
3. You are responsible for the implementation of all offline and digital activation campaigns (e.g., print, OOH, digital, content distribution) including forecasting, cost planning and controlling and in close alignment with all relevant stakeholders
4. You will manage in-house stakeholder for multichannel advertising activities
5. Your role will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution and tracking of advertising and campaign activities for GROHE Europe and include the consulting, training and support of the markets and teams regarding multichannel media activities
6. You will support the Company regarding Marketing activation related decisions by providing data driven approach and KPI based proposal
7. You will create and utilize performance reports and campaign potential analysis on a regular basis for all conducted activation campaigns
8. You will identify new optimization possibilities regarding relevant touchpoints and endorser needs by using internal and external generated insights (close alignment with market research)
Your targets:
9. Plan and execute all multichannel activation campaigns in time and reach defined KPIs
10. Ensure continuous cost planning (ARIBA) and budget controlling (e.g., budget target, accruals) for all campaigns
11. Ensure target group specific conception of consumer journeys and creation of performing digital advertisings such as banners and social ads
12. Set up frequent review meetings with the media agency to evaluate campaign performance and to work on improvements
13. Critical review of the media forecast as well as of the performance report during and after each campaign to generate learnings and support future Activation improvements
Your profile:
14. Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in holistic or digital focused marketing
15. University degree in business administration, marketing, communications or similar
16. Structured method of working and good project management skills
17. Hands-on solution focused mentality and strong communication skills
18. Very good understanding of business and media KPIs, solution oriented and able to present complex data in a way that is easy to understand
19. Fluency in English & (written and spoken) is required, German is a plus
20. High level of proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Sheets) or equivalent
21. Proficiency of tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau are welcome
