Job Summary:
We are seeking an Attraction and Retention Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team within the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Gain knowledge and experience of our recruiting process, including resume screening, candidate pre-screening, and database management
2. Assist with administrative tasks such as interview scheduling, job fairs organization, and recruitment event research
3. Help plan and organize HR-related events and participate in interviews with recruiters to gain experience and knowledge

Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
* Excellent communication skills and ability to speak with various individuals
* High level of integrity and attention to confidential information
* Priorities management and ability to handle tight deadlines and multi-tasking
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written and spoken English
