About the Role
The Manager Implementation Services leads the planning and execution of customer and internal implementations across data center operations. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards, while optimizing resources and driving a consistent, best-in-class customer experience.
You will lead a team of experts and collaborate across a global, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop a team of Implementation Managers and Engineers
2. Own end-to-end delivery of implementation projects (standard & non-standard)
3. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and contractual scope
4. Drive operational efficiency, remove bottlenecks, and improve processes
5. Manage stakeholder coordination across Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Customers
6. Oversee procurement processes, supplier performance, and cost optimization
7. Control departmental budget and resource allocation
8. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to global best practices
Your Profile
9. Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
10. 7+ years in implementation/project delivery in an international environment
11. 3+ years of leadership experience
12. Strong data center and project management expertise
13. Proven ability to manage KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
14. Customer-focused, proactive, and strong problem solver
15. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
16. Fluent in English and German
