Proven experience in managing electrical construction projects, ideally in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure sectors. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors. Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, installation techniques, and safety standards. As an Electrical Construction Manager: Oversee electrical construction activities from start to finish, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards. Lead and manage on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the project moving efficiently. Work closely with the project management team, ensuring electrical works align with overall construction timelines and targets. Ensure strict adherence to H&S regulations, carrying out risk assessments, safety inspections, and enforcing best practices. Take responsibility for material procurement, logistics, and coordination, ensuring availability of equipment and minimizing delays. Monitor work quality, progress, and productivity, solving problems proactively and keeping everything on track. Manage technical queries, RFIs, and design coordination, collaborating with engineers, consultants, and clients. Attend progress meetings, providing updates on electrical scope, budget, risks, and issues. Ensure accurate documentation, including daily reports, method statements, and handover documentation. Support the commissioning, testing, and handover of electrical systems, ensuring full functionality before project completion. Keep up with new technologies, industry regulations, and best practices to improve efficiency and compliance. Handle any other duties necessary to support successful project execution. The Package: Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least to €80,000 plus package more.
