Creative Dock is on the search for a CRM Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation strategies and systems to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention, ultimately maximizing marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing automation initiatives, including the development of automated workflows and email marketing campaigns
● Manage and oversee marketing automation platforms and tools, ensuring proper setup, configuration, and integration with CRM/webshop systems and other marketing technologies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation strategies with overall business objectives, marketing goals, and customer journey touchpoints.
● Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
● Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation, and lead the implementation of innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement.
● Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to marketing automation specialists and other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
● Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging marketing automation capabilities to enhance targeting, personalization, and engagement.
HARD SKILLS
* Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools (e.g., Sales force marketing cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo), with experience in system setup, configuration, and administration.
* Some technical skills and understanding of e-commerce systems, APIs, and integration methodologies for seamless data flow between marketing automation and webshop platforms.
* Expertise in email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, deliverability optimization, and A/B testing methodologies
