This position requires a strategic thinker who combines hands-on execution skills with expertise across performance marketing, social ads and media, App Marketing and CRO. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver scalable growth initiatives.What You'll DoGrowth Strategy & ExecutionDesign and execute a holistic growth strategy across paid, organic, CRM and conversion funnels to drive full-funnel growthIdentify new opportunities to scale performance channels, optimize budget allocation, and maximize ROI.Own and drive A/B testing and data-backed decision-making for continuous improvement.Establish and improve KPIs, dashboards, and growth models to track and optimize performance.Leverage insights from Google Analytics, BI tools, and attribution modeling to track key metrics, measure campaign performance, and identify revenue growth opportunities.Scale and optimize paid marketing campaigns for sustainable growth.Conversion Optimization: Analyze customer journey and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with product and marketing teams to optimize user experience, website design, messaging, and other factors that impact conversion rates.People Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead, mentor, and scale the growth marketing team with a focus on skill development and ownership.Foster a test-and-learn culture, ensuring growth hypotheses are well-documented and systematically validated.Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Data teams to align growth efforts with overall business goals.Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives and maintain strong relationships across the organization.What You BringProven experience in a Head of Growth, Growth Lead, or senior performance marketing role in a scaling environmentStrong expertise in at least two of these areas: Paid Search, Paid Social, Social Media, Influencer Marketing or CRODeep understanding of growth marketing strategies with proven track record in high-impact growth initiativesAdvanced proficiency in data analysis and BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)Experience in app marketing and social media platforms, particularly in campaign management and optimizationBackground in growth modeling, budget forecasting, and data-driven decision-makingProven ability to mentor and develop teams, with focus on both technical and leadership skillsExpert knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodologiesResults-driven hands-on mentality with strategic vision in fast-paced environmentsBenefitsWorking at mobile.de comes with its perks!
