🧩 Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve success using the company’s automation platform. You’ll guide onboarding, drive product adoption, and be the voice of the customer within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Lead onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption
* Identify expansion opportunities and boost engagement
* Serve as the customer’s advocate internally, especially with Product and Engineering teams
* Proactively address issues and share customer success stories
* Monitor customer health metrics and help shape scalable processes
✅ Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related customer-facing role (preferably in SaaS)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Empathetic, proactive, and adaptable
* A strong interest in tech and automation (hands-on experience with automation tools is a plus)
* Fluent in German and English
* Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
