At Baxter, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Finance Business Partner (f/m/d) to join our Senior Leadership Team in Saalfeld. Own the numbers — from P&L to balance sheet — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight.
Model investments and support business cases for new initiatives and capital projects.
Elevate financial acumen across both finance and non-finance teams.
A degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred).
~8+ years of progressive experience in finance, ideally in manufacturing or operations.
~ Deep expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and capital analysis.
~ Experience in matrixed, global environments.
~ Strong communication skills — you can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
~ Bonus points if you’ve worked with Lean tools or continuous improvement frameworks.
