We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategy & Operations team in Cologne as a Manager / Senior Manager.
As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will:
* work in a highly exclusive environment, assess strategic plans, conceptualize and implement M&A deals such as carve outs, integrations and Joint Ventures as well as work on other challenging business transformations such as reorganizations
* and value creations for national and global corporate and private equity clients.
* manage employees and lead projects / workstreams to develop Strategy & Operations on a European level
* collaborate with experts in transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax, and transaction services, focusing on strategic and operational aspects of transformation projects.
* be in direct contact with our clients’ top management, assume responsibilities in business development and marketing activities and take on an active role in driving our outstanding growth story.

Job requirements
To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect we expect the following from our future Manager / Senior Manager:
* Master's degree with excellent grades from a renowned university/business school, preferably in economics, engineering, science, business administration, or business economics
* Motivated, proactive, reliable and stress resistant
* Excelling in complex and challenging situations
* You take responsibilities and drive progress
* You bring 5 to 8 years professional experience in (transaction) advisory or in a comparable environment
* You bring expertise in one or several of the solutions Strategy, Carve out, Integration, Value Creation, Performance Improvement, ODD or CDD
* Additional specialized knowledge is advantageous
* Fluent in English, advanced German, French will be a bonus
