Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Teamassistent (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.
Your responsibilities:
6. Manage and organize team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
7. Prepare, format, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports using various software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Office, SAP)
8. Maintain and update departmental databases, records, and filing systems (both digital and physical)
9. Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries
10. Assist in the procurement process, including raising purchase requisitions, tracking orders and invoice acceptance
11. Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing deadlines, and preparing status updates
12. Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members
13. Act as team focal point to Facility Management and Information Technology departments
14. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
15. Provide general administrative support as required to ensure smooth team operations
Your profile:
16. Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or comparable
17. Work experience as an assistant
18. Experience with Google Suites
19. Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
20. Confident handling of MS-Office
21. Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
