Job Description
As Team Lead Lighting Engineering, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering lighting solutions across multiple shipbuilding projects, ensuring seamless integration and high technical standards.Aufgaben
* Leading the development and implementation of lighting system concepts for various vessel types
* Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including parts lists and lighting specifications
* Collaborating with internal engineering teams, designers, and clients to align lighting concepts
* Drafting detailed technical specifications for clients and subcontractors
* Selecting, instructing, and managing subcontractors involved in engineering and documentation
* Acting as the central point of contact between departments and external stakeholders
* Creating and managing interface documentation and coordination structures
* Overseeing technical alignment during both design and construction phases
* Monitoring subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure quality and compliance
Anforderungen
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Technology, or similar (e.g. Technician level )
* Experience with lighting systems in the maritime environment
* Knowledge of control systems such as KNX, DMX, DALI, or Lutron
* Structured, proactive working style with strong communication skills
* Good English skills (written and spoken)
* MS Office proficiency; AutoCAD is a plus
