We are responsible for supporting global quality processes and standards and act as the interface between QC, QA, LIMS, and Business Excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into global quality management processes while actively contributing to meaningful, quality-relevant tasks. You will learn how to work with quality documents, databases, and platforms, and participate in projects that have a visible impact.
Your challenge in detail
1. You will support the team with quality agreements by maintaining, organizing, and reviewing them
2. You will monitor regulatory updates and assist with pharmacopeial reviews (Ph. Eur./ USP-NF)
3. You are responsible for maintaining and further developing SharePoint pages within quality management
4. You will support the creation of training materials relevant for quality control You will create and maintain overviews, databases, and lists to support team processes
Your competence is in demand
5. Current full-time studies in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Quality Management or a related field (4th semester or beyond)
6. Fluent English and German language skills, written and spoken
7. Proficiency in MS 356 (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
8. Structured, careful and reliable working style
9. Interest in quality management, quality control and regulatory environment
10. Preferably first experience with SharePoint
