Your Tasks
* Lead strategy, evaluation, and enhancement of enterprise-wide BI and AI tools, ensuring alignment with business workflows and adoption
* Collaborate with IT, Data Governance, and business units to optimize the tooling landscape, ensure interoperability, and integrate into daily processes
* Monitor usage, gather feedback, and define roadmaps to maximize usability, productivity, and business impact
* Coordinate access to sandboxes, testing environments, and safe experimentation spaces
* Design and deliver targeted training programs (modular, self-service, live workshops) to build data and AI literacy across HQ and local teams
* Develop learning journeys from foundational literacy to advanced AI use; track progress and iterate formats based on impact
* Act as trusted advisor and coach for effective AI and BI tool use in operations and innovation
* Support onboarding of new contributors, guide on support channels, and foster peer learning through best practice sharing and community engagement
* Drive an active internal AI community through expert talks, showcases, and peer exchanges
* Share success stories, internal use cases, and tooling updates; connect members to spark collaboration and experimentation
Your Profile
* 6–10 years of experience in tooling management, digital enablement, learning & development, or community activation
* Demonstrated success in driving adoption of technology platforms through structured enablement and engagement strategies
* Strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills, ideally in enterprise or hybrid IT/business environments
* Solid understanding of BI platforms, GenAI tooling, AI/ML lifecycle, and AI governance principles
* Familiarity with adult learning theory, capability development, and digital adoption methodologies
* Experience in creating or enabling cross-functional data/AI communities is a plus
* Empathetic communicator with a passion for empowering others through knowledge and tools
* Proactive and curious — stays on top of emerging technologies and adoption trends
* Comfortable engaging both technical and business stakeholders, translating between domains, and fostering alignment
