## Creating passion: your responsibilities - Leading the establishment and implementation of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) at MSC, including the communication of future IT applications and innovations - Identifying architectural areas of action based on IT and business strategies as well as MSC-specific requirements; designing and documenting the MSC target architecture - Recognizing the need for adjustments within the architecture landscape and initiating and managing appropriate architecture projects, with a focus on scalability, flexibility, and sustainability in a dynamic global environment - Acting as IT Demand Manager for the MSCs: in addition to architectural evaluations, overseeing the end-to-end management of IT demand—from requirements gathering with local IT teams to the handover to domain architects - Advising key IT projects with significant architectural impact; promoting EAM principles, standards, and methodologies through posts, newsletters, and webinars - Providing support and coaching to EA stakeholders within the MSCs, while representing their interests in the EA Board and related committees - Collaborating closely with Enterprise and Domain Architects across all Liebherr divisions and with Liebherr-IT Services GmbH (LIS) - Planning and facilitating architecture and target architecture workshops with MSCs; conducting architectural maturity assessments - Facilitating knowledge transfer from IT projects and aligning new IT demands with changes driven by major IT programs - Modeling and ensuring the quality of the central EA repository; onboarding new user groups, and evaluating and reporting key architectural metrics - Contributing to the design and implementation of group-wide processes, including the IT demand process and software selection procedures ## Contributing your strengths: your qualifications - Degree in (business) informatics, information technology, information management or a comparable qualification - At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as an Enterprise Architect in an international corporate environment or larger medium-sized companies - alternatively professional experience as a Domain Architect in more complex / heterogeneous environments and projects - Comprehensive methodological knowledge in the field of Enterprise Architecture Management.
