Key Objectives
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating business project opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement new services, and supporting users in defining and documenting their processes.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business analysis and/or process modeling, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high degree of self-motivation.
* He/She must be able to translate business demands into structured requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals, and provide training and documentation for process executors from both a business and IT perspective.
Requirements
* A university degree in Information Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
* Fluency in English and French or German is essential, with Luxemburgish as an asset.
* Strong problem-solving ability and effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this role.
