Senior Office Coordinator
The Senior Office Coordinator will provide vital support services to the Luxembourg office, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure that decisions are well-informed and thoroughly prepared.
* Meeting Management :
o Scheduling and organizing various meetings including preparation and follow-up (e.g., Board meetings, Partners' meetings, Managers' meetings, Staff Delegation meetings).
Operational Governance :
* Responsible for monitoring adherence to the relevant rules as set out in the Partnership Agreement and other internal guidelines.
Partner and Firm Issues :
* Support the General Manager in drafting guidance for new partners, assisting with partner retirements, and monitoring firm-wide issues.
Strategy and Business Planning :
* Collaborating with departments to supply information, ensure deadlines are met, and execute and improve the office planning and control cycle.
Internal Communication :
* Preparing business and action plans.
Qualifications :
* Preferably educated to degree level in business or economic studies.
