Riverty Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany (Senior) Key Account Manager (m/w/d) – Riverty Locations: Dortmund, Münster, Verl, Baden-Baden, Berlin, Germany. Full-time, indefinite. Mid-Senior level. Sales and Business Development. Responsibilities Be part of a great team and excite existing customers in the telecommunications sector with enthusiasm and motivation in daily work. Develop partnerships with strategic customers based on concrete goals (e.g., upsell and cross-sell activities), analyze and optimize existing processes, and ensure permanently high service quality. Direct influence on the success of the company. Have an eye for market challenges and persuade customers with our products. In case requirements do not meet our standards, develop solution concepts with innovative approaches and collaboration with expert teams. Act as the company's face in the market and embody the vision and strategy. Represent innovative fintech solutions at relevant telecommunications trade shows and industry events. Enjoy numbers, keep budgets and results in view for your customers. Qualifications Completed studies successfully. Experience in sales, customer and/or project management – hard skills to succeed. Strong network in the telecommunications industry gives quick client relationships. Negotiation‑level German and good English skills. Strong personality, teamwork, initiative, creativity. Presentation skills at events, trade shows, virtual events or roadshows. Open, friendly, enthusiastic personality – essential. Will to learn and bring change – continuous improvement mindset.
