Job Description
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to clients. You will identify and cultivate relationships with professional intermediaries and develop a growth strategy to contribute to the bank's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the growth strategy and develop the value proposition of the bank
* Research business opportunities with new customers
* Develop a growth strategy, foster and build long-term customer relationships with professional intermediaries, including law firms, fiduciaries, and family offices (B2B and B2C)
* Maintain market knowledge to detect commercial opportunities for customers
* Collaborate across business lines to develop new business leads
* Attend events (seminars, conferences)
* Use internal systems to track business development activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Business Administration or related field
* 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field
* Strong network of professional intermediaries and clients
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
