We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator Professional (m/f/d) on a part-time basis (50%) on behalf of our business partner in the pharmaceutical industry located in Biberach .

Your tasks
- In this position, you will be responsible for managing the training administration and creating and maintaining training materials and curricula.
- This includes, in particular, the ongoing updating and assignment of curricula as well as support in the area of learning management.
- They create, cancel, and record events, and take care of assigning training courses to the respective target groups.
- Furthermore, you ensure timely processing of the service mailbox.
- As a contact person, you will provide advice to interfaces, managers, and within the framework of LOS support, and assist with the coordination, distribution, and assignment of instructions.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with further education as a management assistant or comparable further education with several years of professional experience in an assistant role.
- Excellent MS Office skills as well as a strong willingness and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to think in a networked way, as well as to prioritize and act in an agile working environment.
- Strong communication skills, service-oriented, and a friendly, confident demeanor, coupled with a high degree of discretion, loyalty, and reliability in handling confidential information.
- Team player with an independent, proactive and solution-oriented work style
- Fluent German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to be present on-site (especially on Tuesdays) and to work flexible, team-oriented hours.
