Human Resources Coordinator
This role is responsible for managing human capital systems, documentation and compliance, as well as new hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Manage personnel data with accuracy and integrity in HRIS/HR tools.
* Prepare and track standard documentation such as employment agreements and policy acknowledgments.
* Ensure adherence to legal requirements in each jurisdiction.
* Cordinate the logistical aspects of new hire experience including system access requests and paperwork.
* Execute comprehensive offboarding checklist and coordinate asset retrieval and system access termination.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2-5 years of experience in an HR or recruiting administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace is required. Fluency in German is necessary and English proficiency is also required. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information are essential skills. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
