Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on partnering with customers to achieve strategic goals. This team is responsible for providing a differentiated Customer experience, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes, and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.
Responsibilities
As a Global Client Director, your key responsibilities include:
* Conducting ongoing executive mapping exercises to ensure alignment across internal and external groups.
* Providing thought leadership and strategic co-innovation ideas, challenging customers to think differently, and offering industry-specific points of view.
* Building and maintaining long-term strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact.
* Creating long-term strategies to build customer loyalty and discussing how to enrich the customer's value to their clients.
* Developing mutually agreed-upon roadmaps to capture innovation and transformation within strategic accounts.
* Exploring and uncovering new technologies, confirming customer interest, and understanding competitive positioning.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree and experience in an industry such as Government or Education, and/or driving digital transformation.
* Alternatively, Master's Degree with similar industry experience and digital transformation expertise.
* Experience working with mid-to-senior level executives, making recommendations, and collaborating effectively.
