Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
1. Plan and manage our presence at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events — from logistics and sponsorships to promotional materials — while working closely with Sales and Scientific teams to coordinate their involvement.
2. Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
3. Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms to boost visibility and engagement
4. Collaborate with marketing teams across the company to leverage shared resources and boost visibility through cross-departmental channels
5. Keep timelines, checklists, and assets organized—attention to detail and structure are key in this role
Qualifikationen
6. A degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience in a relevant role
7. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
8. Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a knack for visual storytelling
9. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
10. Outstanding written and spoken English; German is a plus
11. A self-starter attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
12. Familiarity with social media strategy and tools (. LinkedIn) is a plus
