* Take full ownership of your region’s profitable growth by meeting annual targets and driving sustainable results with your team.
* Inspire and guide both international market teams and headquarters through clear, values-based leadership to maintain peak performance.
* Lead the annual budgeting and revenue-planning processes, ensuring financial objectives are defined, tracked, and achieved.
* Develop a multi-year sales and expansion strategy in collaboration with the Head of Sales, and execute it step by step alongside Regional Managers.
* Propel business development by creating regular investment and business plans for existing and new markets.
* Cultivate and strengthen relationships with local partners, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies through regular travel and off-market events.
* Act as the key liaison across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and international partners—driving process improvements to enhance market access and customer satisfaction.
Dein Hintergrund
* Master’s-level education (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Humanities, Cultural Studies (with international focus) or comparable qualification; pharma sales certification a plus
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring teams and executives
* Several years of successful sales and product-launch track record—ideally in pharmaceuticals or food supplements within fast-paced markets
* Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English (additional languages a bonus), strong intercultural sensitivity, and willingness to travel internationally (~30%)
* Strategic commercial mindset with high initiative, customer-centric attitude, and a drive for continuous personal and team development
