We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bauleitung to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing and maintaining modern Wärmepumpen systems.
The successful candidate will lead and develop 2-3 teams, including planning, training, and coaching. They will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of high-quality Wärmepumpensysteme, integrating them into intelligent solutions for energy networking. Our team member will ensure high quality standards and continuously optimize work processes.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for monitoring budgets, productivity, and resource efficiency, as well as working closely with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
* A completed apprenticeship as a SHK-Anlagenmechaniker, Gas- und Wasserinstallateur, or Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer (or similar field)
* Multiple years of experience in installing Wärmepumpen and/or intelligent energy networking solutions (HEMS)
* Leadership skills and enthusiasm for developing people
* Technical understanding, solution-oriented thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset
* Familiarity with relevant standards and guidelines
* Ideal candidates have a small Kälteschein and are registered as an electrician for specific tasks
