I am looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager who loves being on the floor as much as in the P&L, and who can lead a young, dynamic team in a vibrant lifestyle hotel environment

What you will

• doLead all hotel operations (Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Conference & Events, Maintenance) with full P&L responsibili
• ty.Drive performance across all key KPIs (Finance, Guest, Quality, Team, F&B) and continuously look for ways to outperform the local mark
• et.Be a visible host: present at the front desk and in guest areas, especially at peak times, modelling genuine, guest‑first servi
• ce.Ensure brand and quality standards are consistently delivered, including room presentation, hygiene and safety (HACCP), and overall property upke
• ep.Work closely with Revenue, Sales and Marketing to shape rate and distribution strategies, push Net RevPAR and deliver strong returns to ownersh
• ip.Oversee F&B quality and profitability, together with your Head Chef and F&B Manager, ensuring food safety, cost control and great guest experienc
• es.Maximise Conference & Events utilisation and revenue, ensuring rooms and spaces are always “inspection ready” and visually impressi
• ve.Lead CAPEX and asset care: keep the hotel immaculate, plan preventative maintenance, and manage refurbishments and contracto
• rs.Own budgets, forecasts and reporting; control labour costs, monitor expenses and ensure solid cash handling and debtor manageme
• nt.Build strong relationships with owners, local partners, tourism bodies and the neighbourhood community to grow the hotel’s network and reputati

on.
