As a Technical Assistant in Quality Oversight, you’ll be responsible for monitoring aseptic processes on the production floor, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines, and driving continuous improvement in cleanroom practices. You'll collaborate closely with production teams to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and documentation throughout the manufacturing process.
This role is located in Halle, Westfalen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Observe, document, and assess aseptic techniques and operator behavior in cleanroom environments
* Instruct and ensure immediate corrective action in case of process deviations
* Verify proper and timely completion of batch documentation
* Monitor cleanroom status and initiate escalations when necessary
* Participate in cleanroom qualification studies and environmental monitoring
* Support cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving aseptic processes
* Drive continuous improvement in compliance and process performance
Key Responsibilities:
* Degree in a MINT (STEM) field (Bachelor level) or completed vocational training in a technical or pharmaceutical discipline
(e.g. Pharmaceutical Technician, Chemical Technician, PTA, BTA, CTA)
* Experience or interest in cleanroom and aseptic production environments
* Strong communication skills and a structured, analytical work style
* Good English language skills are a plus
