Operations integration manager (m/f/d) facilities management

We are currently looking for an Operations Integration Manager (m/f/d) Facilities Management in Schwalbach.

This role is crucial in ensuring that operational needs are effectively integrated into the project, promoting alignment between operations and project teams, and ultimately contributing to the project's success and operational efficiency.

Your tasks:

1. Act as the primary point of contact between site operations team and project team
2. Facilitate clear and effective communication between both teams
3. Ensure all relevant information is shared timely and accurately
4. Gather and document operational requirements from various operations team members
5. Analyze and prioritize these requirements
6. Create comprehensive reports summarizing operational needs for the project team
7. Regularly attend project team meetings as the operations representative
8. Present consolidated operational requirements to the project team
9. Provide clarification and additional context on operational needs when required
10. Collect project team responses and decisions related to operational requirements
11. Communicate project progress, changes, and decisions back to the operations team
12. Manage expectations on both sides regarding requirement implementation
13. Identify potential operational risks or issues that may impact the project
14. Collaborate with both teams to develop mitigation strategies
15. Track and report on the status of identified risks and issues
16. Assess the impact of project changes on operational processes
17. Communicate necessary operational adjustments to relevant team members
18. Support the implementation of new processes resulting from the project
19. Maintain detailed records of all communications, decisions, and actions
20. Prepare regular status reports for both operations and project management
21. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects
22. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from both teams
23. Manage conflicting priorities and negotiate solutions when necessary
24. Ensure all relevant parties are informed and aligned throughout the project
25. Coordinating involved internal/external resources
26. Work with the project team to develop operational readiness plans
27. Coordinate operational testing and validation of project deliverables
28. Ensure smooth transition from project implementation to ongoing operations
29. Identify opportunities for improving the liaison process
30. Suggest enhancements to project and operational workflows
31. Participate in post-project reviews to refine the liaison role for future projects

Your profile:

32. More than 5 years of Facility Management, Hoteling or Hospitality experience in similar corporate sites
33. Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
34. Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
35. Fluent speaking & writing skills in German and English
36. Strong IT skills
37. Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations
