The next 24 months are about scaling from a breakout success to a category-defining platform expanding across geographies, increasing adoption from 150,000 to 500,000+ users, and embedding AI into the daily workflows of frontline healthcare at scale.
The Opportunity
Director of Product
This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping how AI-driven products operate in complex, real-world environments.
You’ll lead the evolution of the product organisation and platform, defining how AI integrates into everyday workflows for thousands of frontline users.
Sitting at the centre of the business, you’ll translate real-world care processes into intuitive product experiences, turning advanced AI capabilities into reliable, scalable, day-to-day usage.
Responsibilities
* Scaling the product organisation – growing and structuring a high-performing team, with clear ownership across domains
* Defining product strategy – setting direction across multiple verticals, making clear investment decisions and trade-offs
* Owning the roadmap – translating company strategy into clear priorities and execution plans
* Building feedback loops – connecting customers, product data, and internal teams to drive rapid iteration
* Designing the product operating model – implementing processes, tools, and rituals that enable speed and quality at scale
* Driving product impact – ensuring everything shipped delivers measurable operational and user value
* Hiring and developing talent – building strong product teams and mentoring future leaders
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading and scaling product teams (10+ people)
* Strong track record building and scaling B2B SaaS products (0→1 and beyond)
* Excellent product judgement - balancing speed, quality, and reliability
* Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with metrics and dashboards
* Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM
* Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments with evolving constraints
* Hands-on approach when needed, with the ability to build systems that scale
* Based in Berlin (or able to be on-site 2–3 days per week)
