Your tasks
10. Process optimization: They analyze, optimize and standardize complex production and logistics processes to ensure a highly efficient manufacturing landscape.
11. Methodological application: You will conduct time studies and value stream analyses with a confident eye and be responsible for sound capacity planning.
12. Lean Management: As an expert, you will identify and implement Lean methods and actively drive continuous efficiency improvements.
13. Project management: You play a key role in interdisciplinary projects, support process improvements and the successful launch of new products.
14. Layout design: Your responsibilities include creating layout plans for production areas and conducting technical and economic evaluations of production concepts.
15. Performance monitoring: They monitor the relevant KPIs, derive targeted measures from them, and thus ensure that targets are achieved in day-to-day operations.
16. Innovation & Support: They accompany the introduction of new technologies and automation solutions and support the team through training on new standards and processes.
Your profile
Qualification: You have successfully completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Production Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience: You bring sound professional experience in production, logistics or process optimization and are confident in the application of common Lean methods (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, SMED, value stream analysis).
Working style: Her working style is characterized by a strong analytical mindset as well as a goal-oriented and structured approach to complex problems.
IT skills: You are proficient in using MS Office; ideally, you already have practical experience in using ERP systems.
Soft skills: You impress with your communication skills and team spirit and possess the necessary initiative to operate successfully in a dynamic project environment.
