Job description / Your role:
4. Serve as the responsible project manager for customer programs, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality expectations
5. Take a leading role in preparing technical and commercial proposals for customer projects
6. Manage the planning and scheduling of projects, including allocation of resources, budgeting, and timeline control in accordance with established project management standards
7. Assume full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
8. Take responsibility for the risk management according to space standards
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including customer-facing documents and internal reports
10. Plan, host, and manage internal and external project reviews to monitor progress and ensure stakeholder alignment
11. Supervise and guide project team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and collaboration within the dedicated project team

Qualification Checklist:
12. University degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a related field
13. Relevant professional experience
14. Hands-on experience with hardware testing according to space standards in one or more of the following domains: thermal vacuum, mechanical, or EMC
15. Proficiency in handling technical requirements (writing, reviewing, and interpreting)
16. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
17. Basic understanding of requirements engineering
18. Experience in test data post-processing and interpretation
19. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Bonus Qualifications:
20. Hands-on experience with (thermal) vacuum systems and knowledge of how to design, procure, and operate these systems.
21. Hands-on experience with mechanical testing, including preparation of tests, use of acceleration sensors, and test execution
22. Experience with commercial data acquisition hardware and software
