To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a: Head of Corporate Strategy (m/f/x) Your tasks: Strategic Development: Define and drive the company’s long-term strategy across telecommunication and compliance solution offerings, particularly in the domain – but not only - of lawful interception and compliance-driven applications Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership (CEO and Chief Product Officer) Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead evaluation, negotiation, and integration of M&A initiatives that support market expansion and enhance technological capabilities. Build financial models and business cases for new ventures.
