Your tasks
Responsibility from research to publication
9. Documentation creation: You will independently develop target group-oriented technical documentation for users and service technicians (hardware & software).
10. Content creation: You will write texts in German and English directly in our XML-based editorial systems, adhering to applicable standards.
11. Information architecture: You design information concepts, implement defined structures, and contribute to the further development of our documentation products.
12. Interface management: You work closely with editorial teams as well as across functions with development and design.
13. Process responsibility: From initial research and interviews with experts to publication and handover to translation, the process is in your hands.
Your profile
Technical understanding meets writing talent
14. Qualification: Completed studies in technical communication, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable qualification.
15. Experience: You have 2-4 years of professional experience in technical communication.
16. Methodology: You are proficient in topic-based writing, single source and cross-media publishing in CMS environments.
17. Know-how: Ideally, you already have experience with standards such as S1000D and in using version control and change management tools.
18. Languages: You have fluent German (C1) and English (C1/C2) skills, including technical terminology.
19. Personality: You are characterized by a strong analytical mind and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex technical issues.
