Role Overview
Based in Ense (Soest District), Germany, the Inside Sales is a key member of our global High-Power Sales team, providing essential operational and analytical support to field sales, distribution and internal stakeholders. The role requires a structured, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and take ownership of deliverable quality and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Salesforce (SFDC) support for the High-Power business, including operations update tracking, data analysis, pricing and quote management
2. Monthly analysis of Point of Sales (POSC) data and POSC resale activity
3. Distribution support covering logistics, delivery coordination and RMA processing
4. Global product sample management and coordination of sample shipments
5. RMA and Jira administration support for the field sales team
6. Action item tracking from QBOs, exhibitions and internal meetings
7. Internal sales support for order tracking, including Coda A sample management and pull-in / push-out / delay coordination
8. Update and maintenance of the High-Power presentation folder
9. Consolidation and preparation of materials for the weekly High Power team meeting
10. Support for the monthly Global High Power Forecast review
Experience & Qualifications
11. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations, sales support or similar role
12. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with Jira is an advantage
13. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with sales data and operational reports
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
15. Highly organised with a structured, methodical approach and strong attention to detail
16. Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
17. Vocational or professional qualification relevant to the role or actively working towards one.
