Retail Operating Company Germany seeks a dynamic individual for the role of Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the store leadership in ensuring a smooth and efficient day-to-day operation.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry. A completed education in business administration, marketing, or a related field would be beneficial.

Your tasks will include:
* Supporting the store leadership in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels

* Professional handling of customer complaints
* Co-responsibility for team management and associated organizational tasks (e.g., scheduling, leave planning)
* Supporting the team with daily tasks
* Supporting the store leadership in managing internal reporting
* General office work and preliminary accounting activities
