They develop and produce innovative packaging solutions and create distinctive brand identities through custom printing and creative design.

Responsibilities
* Identification and development of new business opportunities and markets
* Development and implementation of sales strategies
* Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
* Conducting market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making
* Close collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development teams
* Preparation of business cases and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
* Willingness to travel within the DACH region to ensure optimal on-site support
Your Profile
* Completed degree in Business, Management, or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in Sales/ Business Development; proven industry experience in the packaging/industrial sector is a must
* Strong hunter mentality: you enjoy acquiring new customers, building networks, and actively developing business opportunities
* Results-oriented, proactive, and independent working style
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels
* Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical abilities
* High level of initiative, team spirit, and goal orientation
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, other languages is a plus
