We are now seeking an experienced Electrical Turnover Lead/Supervisor in Germany to manage electrical systems handover from construction completion to operational readiness in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise electrical turnover activities including power distribution, lighting, instrumentation, and control systems
2. Coordinate with commissioning teams for electrical system testing, loop checks, and functional verification
3. Manage electrical documentation including panel schedules, cable schedules, as-built drawings, and test certificates
4. Ensure regulatory compliance with electrical codes, FDA requirements, and pharmaceutical standards
5. Interface with contractors to resolve electrical punch list items and achieve system acceptance
6. Coordinate electrical training for operations teams on critical systems and emergency procedures
7. Verify electrical installations meet design specifications and operational requirements
Qualifications
8. Minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical electrical experience in manufacturing environments
9. German speaking is highly desirable
10. Strong electrical systems knowledge including HV/LV distribution, motor control, instrumentation, and emergency power
11. Turnover/commissioning experience with electrical systems in regulated industries
12. Understanding of pharmaceutical requirements for electrical installations and validation
13. Electrical engineering background or equivalent technical qualification
14. Project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple electrical contractors
