Job Description
The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of an organization. This includes managing the finance and accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and implementing systems to support strategic decision-making.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the finance and accounting department, preparing and presenting financial statements and reports, evaluating and improving auditing systems, and developing financial models and projections.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, with minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
